Nuits sonores is an electronic music festival held in Lyon, France.
It is unique in that it takes over venues that are representative of the city of Lyon, including streets, museums and industrial wasteland.
It's also a festival committed to economic, social and environmental issues.

the lyon represents the city, as do the colours used.
The smoking effect gives it an industrial feel, creating a link with the festival venue.
For the typography, I really wanted to give the impression that the lyon roars the name of the festival, to bring character and movement to the poster.
